Calabrese Night is an Italian Culture Night.  It was first celebrated in 1979.  Calabrese Night originated to celebrate the culture of Calabria, a southern region of Italy.  Calabria has five provinces each with a distinct way of life.  Each year the event promotes various foods and music of these regions.
